William Palfrey Burrell
(1843–1919)

British barrister and diplomat; consul in Port Said, Alexandria, Constantinople, and Jeddah; wrote the Arnold Prize essay as Americo William Palfrey de Lamilière Marras while studying in Oxford before a name change in 1875.
