Bailey, Philip James, author of Festus, a Poem, and other works, a student of Lincoln's Inn 26 April, 1834 (then aged 17), called to the bar 7 May, 1840 (only son of Thomas Bailey, Esq., of Basford, Notts); born 22 April, 1816; married twice, and has issue.
