Coll., Camb., 1850, a student of the Inner Temple 15 Jan., 1844 (then aged 20), called to the bar 8 June, 1849 (only son of Thomas Brooksbank, of Gray's Inn Square, and Tottenham, Middlesex, solicitor); born , 1824; married 26 Dec., 1867, Beatrice, dau. of Sir Stafford Carey, bailiff of Guernsey.
