EDWARD O’BRIEN DRURY, Esq.
[Post-Captain of 1817.]

Was made lieutenant in 1801; and promoted to the rank of commander, for his gallant conduct while serving as second of the Hydra frigate, Captain George Mundy, in 1807[1]. His post commission bears date Jan. 1, 1817.
