WILLIAM MINCHIN, Esq.
[Commander.]

Brother to Mr. T. A. Minchin, Solicitor at Portsea, was made a lieutenant in Dec. 1796; and wounded on board the Monarch 74, Captain James Robert Mosse, at the battle of Copenhagen, April 2d, 1801[1]. His commission as commander bears date July 19th, 1821.
