JAMES SIBBALD, Esq.
[Commander.]

Passed his examination, and obtained a commission, in Dec. 1807. During the remainder of the war he served as lieutenant of the Dryad frigate. Captain Edward Galwey[1]. He was promoted to the rank of commander on the 15th June, 1814.
