Paragraph 1- The rules of watchmen apply to both men and women, regardless of whether the guarded item belonged to a woman or the watchman was a woman.

Paragraph 2- If a minor deposited or loaned to an adult, the watchman would swear a guardian-oath to the minor. There are those who disagree. See above at the end of Siman 96.
