Germanville Township is located in Livingston County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 67 and it contained 33 housing units.[2]
History
Germanville Township was created from Chatsworth Township in September 1868 as Germantown Township. The name was changed to Germanville Township on July 22, 1879.[3]
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 22.95 square miles (59.4 km2), of which 22.94 square miles (59.4 km2) (or 99.96%) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.026 km2) (or 0.04%) is water.[2]
